AUISET is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Mobile Application Developer (SMAD). The SMAD Engineer plays a key role in the development of all our new products and features.  As part of our agile team a successful candidate will use a variety of testing methodologies to validate new features and perform trial testing on the existing systems.

The person in this role is responsible for testing mobile and web apps and will be responsible for software validation testing cycle and ensure high expectations of our devices.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify and execute tests (including ad-hoc and interoperability) for mobile and web apps
  • Understand software requirements, write test plans and others test documentation as required
  • Timely report issues found during manual and automated testing
  • Stay current on latest network and security technologies, including data leakage technology and HIPAA standards
  • Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development cycle
  • Creating and writing guidelines for testing new products
  • Writing programs and scripts as necessary to automate the software testing
  • Work closely with the different software team members (Firmware, Mobile App, Front/Backend etc.) to test new features
  • Executing tests using diagnostic software and hardware
  • Be a proponent of automation to enhance software test automation capability through scripting and other software tools

Requirements:

  • S. Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or similar degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of Software Development and Test methodologies & practices
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complete functional area of an application or product
  • Knowledge of mobile app development and test for iOS/Android using Swift/ Java
  • Programming/Scripting languages such as C, Python, Java script etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience)
  • Strong background and experience in software testing methodology, test development, and test execution
  • Willing to learn new technologies and accept challenges

AUISET is seeking to hire a full-time User Experience Designer (Web, Mobile, Digital Product). Performs the design on different user interfaces to create products or interface so that enhance the user experience, and supports the existing product development cycle of new products or processes. Supports the development,  confirmation of processes, and coordinate the manufacturing of products.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design of products, website design, social media images and Apps interface design etc.
  • Handling and support customer design file.
  • More than 2 years experience, product design experience is preferred, with media advertising experience is preferred.
  • Fluent Cantonese; Mandarin; English; Able to read and write Chinese and English.
  • Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D production.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2 years or above related working experience, preferably in commercial industry
  • Confident to present and demonstrate the design rationales to internal teams as well as clients

AUISET is seeking to hire a full-time Production Specialist. Performs manufacturing techniques and/or methodologies to create products or processes, optimize current products or processes, and supports the transfer and scale up efforts of new products or processes from laboratory development to operations units. Supports the development, optimization, confirmation of processes, and validation and manufacturing of products. Utilizes bio-analytical methods (analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, or virology), independently or through collaboration with internal departments or contract labs, to provide analysis and testing support to bioprocessing projects, to aid in troubleshooting biologic quality controls (BioQC) and manufacturing issues, and/or to improve analyses used in products and bring in innovative chemical tests.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing processes according to GMP documentation
  • Perform analytical biochemistry for QA/QC
  • Exercise considerable judgment and take initiative required to resolve problems and make recommendations
  • Document experimental data, presenting data, conclusions and interpretations
  • Follow established protocols and good laboratory practices
  • Responsible for troubleshooting non-conforming products to identify root cause.
  • Conduct validation studies as assigned
  • Review all operations documentation for technical content, accuracy, and completion in accordance with GMP

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related field; MS preferred
  • 4+ years experience in a lab environment for assay development or molecular biology
  • Experience in process development, validation and implementation
  • Experience with fermenters and industrial experience are a plus
  • Knowledge of GMP and GDP lab practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling non-conformance and deviations

Requirements

  2. Collaborate with team to develop of scalable process for the POCT devices;

  4. Data collection, results analysis of experiments and report preparation.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • MPhil or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field;

  • Experience in project based courses related to photoluminescence material preparation and characterization is a plus;

AUISET is searching for a Senior Scientist to work at HKUST labs. We are searching for a professional with proven experience in bringing products and/or assays to commercialization. This role will report into our R&D organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunoassay development, validation, successful transfer to manufacturing, and in leading projects. This is a role that will work cross functionally with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Production, and other stakeholder departments. The successful candidate needs to be a strong communicator and motivator with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  1. BA/BS in life sciences or similar area and 8+ years of relevant industrial experience with demonstrated progressively increasing responsibility or MA/MS in life sciences plus at least 5 years’ relevant experience (PhD in life sciences plus at least 2 years’ relevant experience)
  2. Experience developing regulated products (FDA, ISO, etc.) is a plus
  3. Success in mentoring and directing the work of other R&D employees
  4. Strong, demonstrated project management skills
  5. Strong experimental design capabilities in product development and assay optimization.
